UAJK Launches Training Program For Newly Inducted Faculty

The University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (UAJK) remains committed to enhancing the quality of education and fostering a conducive learning environment for students. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kaleem Abbasi emphasized the institution’s dedication to excellence, urging faculty, management, and staff to synergize their efforts in creating an enriching academic experience.

Prof. Dr. Abbasi made these remarks while addressing the inaugural session of a comprehensive training program designed for the newly inducted faculty members of UAJK. He highlighted the pivotal role of professional development in shaping educators who can inspire and empower students.
Adding to the significance of the event, former Chief Justice and Ex-Vice Chancellor of UAJK, Justice (R) Syed Manzoor Hussain Gillani, delivered a thought-provoking address. On the second day of the training program for newly inducted faculty at the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (UAJK), Registrar Meritorious Prof. Dr. Ghulam Murtaza delivered a comprehensive overview of the university’s administrative framework. He highlighted key policies, governance structures, and support mechanisms in place to facilitate both faculty and students, offering valuable insights to help the new faculty members integrate seamlessly into the academic and administrative environment.
In the second session, Additional Registrar Sardar Zaffar Iqbal addressed critical aspects of professional conduct for teachers and employees. He provided an in-depth briefing on various rules and regulations governing faculty responsibilities, ethics, and workplace norms. His presentation underscored the importance of adhering to these standards to foster a collaborative and professional institutional culture.
