Please Follow the following instructions for online Application.

1. Visit & Register / Login

  • Open the AJKU admissions portal via: https://admissions.ajku.edu.pk

  • If you’re a returning user, log in using your CNIC and password.

  • If new, click Register, enter your details (CNIC, guardian CNIC, password, etc.), then hit Register.


2. Complete Profile

  • After login, fill in all mandatory fields (*) in your profile, then Save.


4. Add Educational Qualifications

  • Input your academic data (e.g., Matric, FSc), saving each entry.

  • You can add multiple qualifications.


5. Select Programs

  • Choose the program(s) you’d like to apply for.

  • You may apply to the same program under different seat categories if available.


6. Print Fee Challan & Pay

  • Generate and print the fee challan (single or multiple).

  • Visit the designated bank and pay your admission fee.


7. Upload Documents

  • Upload clear scanned copies (JPG/PNG, ≤ 1 MB each) of all required documents (e.g., CNIC, diplomas, character certificates).

  • Ensure legibility—unclear documents will be rejected.


8. Print & Dispatch Application

  • Print the application form(s).

  • You must send each program’s application separately along with:

    1. Fee challan receipt, and

    2. Attested copies of all documents to the Directorate of Student Affairs, Chehla Campus, AJK University, Muzaffarabad.


9. Final Submission

  • Send each program’s complete packet (application + challan + documents) to the university.

  • Only full and correct submissions will be processed.

Required Documents:

(1) Attested copies of all educational certificates and degrees.

(2) Character certificate issued by the College/ Institute last attended.

(3) Migration certificate in case of Masters/ Graduation from institutions other than AJ&K University.

(4) NOC/ Migration certificate in case of F.SC. other than BISE Mirpur AJ&K.

(5) A copy of Domicile & State subject certificate.

(6) A copy of National Identity Card or Form-B

(7) Four recent passport size photographs.  (8) Copy of Guardian’s CNIC

Important Note:

  • The applicants applying for admission at Muzaffarabad Campus, King Abdullah Campus Chatter Klass, Jhelum Valley Campus (Hattian Bala) and Neelum Campus (Athmuqam) are bound/ required to report their concerned campus for Entry Test (where applicable).
  • Candidates are required to bring original documents/ degrees for verification at the time of interview.
  • Foreign students may apply directly to the University. However, admission of the eligible candidates will be confirmed only on provision of the NOC from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan.
  • All the employees of public sector organizations have to produce the certificate of study leave/ NOC from their respective head offices/ departments to pursue their studies as regular students.
