UAJK Echoes with Patriotic Chants Against India Hostility
Thousands of students, faculty members, and administrative officials of the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (UAJK) participated in a grand rally held to condemn India’s war hysteria, water terrorism, and hostile actions aimed at destabilizing the region. The rally, organized under the powerful slogan “One Voice, One Soul – Pakistan, Pakistan! Labbaik Ya Muhafizeen-e-Watan!”, was led by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nadeem Haider Bukhari. The participants, carrying placards and chanting patriotic slogans, marched from the Admin Block to the Education Block of Chehla Campus, expressing unwavering support for Pakistan’s Armed Forces and rejecting Indian aggression in all forms.
Addressing the rally, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nadeem Haider Bukhari strongly condemned India’s threats to revoke the Indus Waters Treaty and its continued efforts to disrupt peace in the region through water terrorism and fabricated narratives. He termed these actions serious violations of international law and warned that Pakistan and its people will not remain silent in the face of such provocations. “India is attempting to impose a new form of aggression through the control of water resources. But we are vigilant and prepared.
The rally also saw the presence of Registrar Prof. Dr. Saadat Hanif Dar, Dean of Sciences Prof. Dr. Muhammad Rafiq, Director Finance Prof. Dr. Muhammad Basharat, Director Student Affairs Dr. Sharjil Saeed along with department heads and teaching faculty.
