Muzaffarabad Campus hosts a well-built cafeteria at the city campus serving students. Chellah Campus and King Abdullah Campus also have spacious cafeterias suitable for student functions. The University ensures that all meals served are fresh, nutritious, and affordable.
Each hostel includes a mess facility. The mess is managed by a Mess Committee, headed by the Warden, along with elected student representatives. The Committee ensures quality meals and is responsible for daily food services.
Basic healthcare is available for students and staff through designated medical specialists at each campus. Plans are in place to establish dedicated Health Care Centers with full-time doctors and paramedical staff.
Hostel facilities include three hostels at Chellah Campus (one for boys, two for girls) and six at King Abdullah Campus (three for boys, three for girls). Hostel placement is based on proximity to departments and follows a first-come, first-served policy. Each hostel offers mess, room attendants, and recreational services. Handicapped students are given priority.
Only full-time regular students are eligible to apply for university accommodation. Applicants must follow these steps:
- Submit three copies of the accommodation form to the Head of Department.
- Obtain signed copies along with passport-sized photographs.
- Submit the signed documents to the Warden, who will forward them to the Provost Hostels.
University buses operate from morning till evening, covering Muzaffarabad and King Abdullah Campus. Limited seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Students are encouraged to participate in clubs and societies. These activities help in personality development and confidence building.
