It is important to note that nominations under categories 3 to 18 must be submitted to the Directorate of Students’ Affairs within the time frame specified in the official advertisement.
Late submissions will not be accepted.

Self Support: Candidates interested in applying under the self-support scheme must use the designated application forms.
Preference will be given to AJK nationals and refugees settled in Pakistan.
Selection will be merit-based and follow the same criteria as open merit seats.

  • The number of self-support seats will be announced based on availability of infrastructure in each department.
  • Candidates selected on payment seats will be required to pay the standard university fee in addition to a non-refundable payment, as outlined below.
  • The entire payment must be made in a single installment via demand draft in favor of the Director Finance, University of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Muzaffarabad.

Migration/Transfer of Credits: Migration from recognized institutions and credit transfers may be allowed in genuine cases, in accordance with the University’s rules and regulations.
