Safety Measures

Health and Safety Measures

At the departmental level, a committee has been constituted to address the issues related to the safety of staff and students. To ensure workplace safety, the following steps have been taken:

  • Fire extinguishers have been installed in all labs.
  • First Aid Emergency Kits are available in all labs.
  • Smoke sensors have been installed in labs.
  • Emergency Exit Signs are available to show the emergency exit paths in case of fire/earthquakes.
  • Charts with emergency contact numbers have been displayed on each floor.
