Dr. Shah holds the distinction of being one of the youngest Ph.D. holders and HEC-approved Ph.D. supervisors in legal academia in Pakistan. Notably, he is the first individual from Azad Jammu & Kashmir to achieve this feat. A gold medalist in Law from the University of Azad Jammu & Kashmir (UAJK), Muzaffarabad, Pakistan, Dr. Shah demonstrated exceptional academic prowess by maintaining a perfect CGPA of 4.00. His outstanding performance earned him a top position in the competitive exam, leading to his appointment at the Department of Law, UAJK. Dr. Shah furthered his academic pursuits by securing an international scholarship for his Ph.D. in Public International Law at Istanbul University, Republic of Türkiye. He successfully completed his doctorate at a remarkably young age from one of the world's most renowned and prestigious institutions. A prolific writer, Dr. Shah contributes to various international and national journals and magazines, showcasing his expertise and thought leadership in his field.
