AJK Bar Council Leaders Applaud AJK Efforts in Legal Education
The AJK Bar Council Legal Education Committee, led by Vice Chairman Syed Ishfaq Kazmi (Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of AJK), along with Syed Asim Gillani (Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of AJK), visited the Department of Law at the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. During their visit, the committee members toured the classrooms, observed the learning environment, and engaged in a lively Q&A session with students. They commended the university for providing a conducive and enriching learning environment for law students.
The committee also met with Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Muhammad Kaleem Abbasi and faculty members, including Dr. Hasnaat Gillani, Dr. Murad Shah, and Ilyas Afridi Advocate. Registrar, Meritorious Prof. Dr. Ghulam Murtaza also attended the meeting. In their meeting, they discussed various opportunities to enhance academic activities at UAJK. Vice-Chancellor Dr. Kaleem Abbasi briefed the committee on the university’s academic achievements and ongoing developments across different campuses. The committee members appreciated the Vice-Chancellor and the management for their dedicated efforts towards the continuous advancement of the institution.
