Online Application Procedure
Steps To Follow
Please Follow the following instructions for online Application.
1. Visit & Register / Login
- Open the portal: https://admissions.ajku.edu.pk
 - Click Register, fill details (CNIC, guardian CNIC, password), and press Register.
 
2. Complete Profile
- Log in, fill all mandatory fields and Save.
 
3. Add Educational Qualifications
- Enter academic records (Matric, FSc, etc.).
 - Add multiple qualifications as needed.
 
4. Select Programs
- Select desired programs.
 - You can apply under multiple seat categories.
 
5. Print Fee Challan & Pay
- Generate & print your fee challan.
 - Pay at the designated bank.
 
6. Upload Documents
- Upload JPG/PNG copies ≤ 1 MB (CNIC, diplomas, certificates).
 - Ensure all files are clear and readable.
 
7. Print & Dispatch Application
- Print completed application form.
 - Send along with:
- Fee challan receipt
 - Attested copies of documents to Directorate of Student Affairs, Chehla Campus, AJKU
 
 
8. Final Submission
- Submit the complete packet per program.
 - Only correct submissions will be processed.
 

Required Documents
- Attested copies of all certificates & degrees
 - Character certificate
 - Migration certificate (if applicable)
 - Domicile & State subject certificate
 - National Identity Card / Form-B
 - Guardian’s CNIC copy
 - 4 recent passport size photographs
 
Important Notes
- Entry test reporting required at respective campuses.
 - Original documents must be presented at the time of interview.
 - Foreign students require NOC from Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
 - Public sector employees must present NOC/study leave certificate.
