The UAJK family came together at the Main Auditorium for an open and constructive discussion on the challenges faced by the University and the way forward. Faculty members and staff from BPS-1 to 22 participated wholeheartedly, reflecting a shared commitment to the progress of the institution.

During the session, the Vice Chancellor briefed the participants on the prevailing financial challenges and emphasized the need for collective hard work to strengthen the University. He highlighted that accountability is the foundation of good governance and offered himself for complete accountability before the staff.

Encouraging everyone to rise above a conventional employee mindset, he urged the UAJK community to think and act like shareholders in the institution’s success. He appreciated the dedication of the faculty and staff, listened to their concerns with patience, and responded to their questions in detail.

The gathering reflected unity, responsibility, and a renewed determination to move UAJK forward with integrity and teamwork.
