3. To produce scholars capable of meeting current and future legal challenges.
4. To set a model doctoral law program for others to follow.

8. Additional Requirements
  1. Pass comprehensive exam (written + oral) before synopsis submission.
  2. Publish 2 research papers in HEC-recognized journals.
  3. Fulfill any additional UAJK/HEC rules.
