Admission Criteria
Students desirous of seeking admission to Bachelor of Sciences in Electrical Engineering at UAJK should have:
- At least 60% marks in F. Sc. (Pre-Engineering) or equivalent (the candidate applying on the basis of A-Level qualification must submit both O-level and A-level Equivalence Certificates from Inter Board Committee of Chairman, Islamabad) OR
- Relevant Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) from the Board of Technical Education in Electrical Technology/Electronics.
- Admission in reserved seats will be only through nomination from the concerned department.
- Final merit is made considering the weightages given in the table below.

It is mandatory for the students to appear in the university entry test. There are forty seats in the department and their division is given in the table below.
