Procedure of complaint handling related to the Computers, Peripherals and Networking: 

  1. The Complaint Form is available on University Website at IT Centre Page in the PDF file format. The hard copy of Complaint Form can also be obtained from IT Center office Admin Block Chella Muzaffarabad.
  2. The completely filled form, duly signed by the user and respective HOD/ Head of the branch/section may be submitted to the IT Center.
  3. The complaint will be resolved within two working days.
  4. Additional time may be required, if there is a need of replacement / up gradation of hardware equipment etc.
  5. The complaint may also be sent through an e-mail at ITCenter@ajku.edu.pk

 

Complaints Handling Procedure

 

A complaint form (Available on website) is needed to forward to IT Center

Following complaints are handled by IT Centre

  •  General Complaints / Hardware / Software/Antivirus/Installations/configurations Complaints.
  • Printer/Scanner Complaints
  • Internet Complaints
  • Deployment of computer equipment/networking in newly established Computer Labs
  • Complaints regarding UMIS Modules/Data entry/UMIS Training
  • General Complaints/Hardware/Software/Antivirus/Printer/Internet/Installations/configurations Complaints are given to :

System Admin/Network Administrator/LAN Technician 

  • Complaints regarding UMIS Modules/Data entry/UMIS Training are given to concerned UMIS technical focal persons (programmers)/web master.
  • The Computer Hardware / Printer / Scanner/any device Complaints problems which are under Warranty are given to respective company/vender/supplier through purchase section according to already set criteria.
  • The Computer Hardware / Printer / Scanner/any device Complaints problems whose warranty period is expired are given to respective company/vender/supplier through purchase section according to already set criteria.
